Share to Snap Support
For a problem or question, open a support request and include the app version, iOS version, device model, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not attach private photos, videos, passwords, purchase receipts, or payment information.
Purchases
Use Restore Purchases on the Annual Premium screen while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Manage or cancel the plan from Apple Account subscription settings. Apple handles payments and refunds.
Sharing
If direct Snapchat sharing is unavailable, the app uses the iOS share sheet. Snapchat must be installed for Snapchat-specific handoff. The app cannot guarantee how Snapchat classifies a sent item or whether it affects a streak.
